Take advantage of special beach gear and bike credit! This Kiawah Island oceanfront vacation rental offers three floors of living space, ocean views, direct access to the beach boardwalk, and exclusive entry to its seasonal community pool.

The first floor houses an open living area. The living room offers a large TV, comfortable furnishings, and easy access to the screened porch. The updated kitchen features everything needed for cooking a meal while on vacation and boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, plenty of cabinet space, and bar stool seating for four. Enjoy the ocean views from the dining room table that seats six. Step outside on the breezy screened porch and enjoy morning coffee or an evening cocktail while taking in the beautiful unobstructed view. A half bath completes the 1st floor.

Ascend the stairs to the second level and find three bedrooms. The first bedroom offers a king-sized bed, access to an ocean view deck, flat-screen TV, and private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed, access to an ocean view deck, and private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom features two twin beds and bathroom with shower/tub combo. The third-floor master suite boasts a king-sized bed, access to an ocean view deck, flat-screen TV, and private bathroom with a walk-in shower and soaking tub.

The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Guests have access to the community pool (approximately 55ft x 20ft). The pool is unheated and open seasonally.

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $300. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

Our Favorite Duneside Villa

This is a lovely condo with great views and easy access to the ocean. We stayed with our family of 6 for one week, then had three other couples join us for the second week. It worked well for both groups. Everyone loved it. The unit is clean and comfortable with a well-stocked kitchen, all greatly appreciated. Akers Ellis is very responsive and easy to work with.

Loved our location

The entire family enjoyed this villa. Hate all the front steps but there's nothing you can do about it. About 1/2 of the Duneside Villas have front step issues. Comes with the location.
