Description

Take advantage of special beach gear and bike credit! This oceanfront Kiawah Island vacation rental has been beautifully updated. The third-floor Windswept villa offers lovely ocean views from the bedroom and living room.

The main living area features a sleeper sofa, two cozy chairs, and a large wall-mounted TV. Sliding doors lead to a side balcony with views of the ocean and beach. The kitchen, complete with granite counters and stainless steel appliances, is fully equipped for preparing meals during your stay. There is also a bar area with seating for two. The kitchen opens to the dining area with a table and seating for four.

Wake up to ocean views in the villa's comfortable bedroom! The bedroom includes a king-sized bed, a TV, and a large bathroom with a pedestal sink and a walk-in shower.

The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $150. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

On Kiawah’s East Beach, Windswept Villas are only a 5 minute walk to The Sanctuary, with its exceptional restaurants, bars, and spa and is within walking distance of the East Beach Tennis Club and Turtle Point Golf Course.

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, boating, Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina aquarium, horse drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks and sumptuous dining.

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

Anniversary/Birthday Week

Truly relaxing, beautiful beach views!! Loved the small table near the window making you able to enjoy the beach even when the outside was too cold for morning cup a tea on the balcony!
Condo was very clean, looked exactly as pictured. So glad we took advantage of the the beach gear credit. The bike trails on Kiawah are great!! Really enjoyed all the wildlife ( deer, alligators and bald eagles) We look forward to coming back again!

Lovely location

Our vacation in this property was delightful. We had one problem when we arrived, but they were there to take care of the problem very quickly. The only thing that was at all unsatisfactory was the fact that the elevator did not go all the way to the ground, and there was not a ramp to help get your belongings up to the floor where the elevator was located. The only other thing I could suggest is that there be towels in the kitchen. The view was nice and the porch was a plus!

A Pleasant Stay

We enjoyed our stay - although an older unit, it was clean and the kitchen and bathroom were nicely updated. With a few more details like some fresh paint, a new door and couch, the unit would be top notch. The ocean view from the balcony and the internet service were both great.

Great location

My husband and I spent two nights at the condo before a mandatory evacuation for Hurricane Florence. It was a great location right on the beach, clean and plenty of space. We had some towels that were stained and management quickly brought replacements. The unit is older and could use some cosmetic updates, such as paint, but overall it was nice.

Lovely oceanfront villa

Another week in paradise!

We stayed in this beautiful ocean front condo in Kiawah and it was a lovely experience. Breakfast and cocktails on the small deck overlooking the ocean every day. The condo was nicely decorated, but did not feel too formal. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and having the laundry right in the condo made cleaning those beach towels daily easy. A quick walk to the beach and conveniently located to bike racks and bike paths. This is the second rental from Akers Ellis that we have rented in Windswept Villa and have not been disappointed either time. We will be back!

4455 WINDSWEPT

ALWAYS A GOOD WEEK WHEN I AM AT KIAWAH!

Some minor problems this week as the electric in the condo was turned off due to the owner not paying a bill. Then the elevators went out which caused some issues as my wife's knees are really bad!!

Condo though was nice (not top of the line, but nice) and the views were good.

Nice Place

Your phone app and your team on the ground were all great and the only reason I would give you a four instead of a five is because of the mattresses at our unit or not that comfortable, thank you. I would suggest to the owners to put in a day bed in the far left corner of the family room and to upgrade the mattresses/ bedding. Otherwise it was a really nice place, thanks.

We love Kiawah!

As always our vacation on Kiawah was wonderful, the service that was provided by Akers Ellis superb, and the view and close proximity to the beach was excellent. We rate Akers Ellis a 5! The accommodations needed some attention. There were only a few minor issues. So we rate the accommodations 4.5

Next summer we hope to bring the entire family!

Just as Described!

We would definitely rate our experience a 5! I can't remember the last time I made a reservation online and arrived to see that the place looked exactly like the pictures--not a five or ten year old version of the pictures. The apartment was nice, clean, beautifully and peacefully decorated, and so relaxing. The check in process was seamless and without stress. We absolutely loved the area, the restaurants and the amazing beach. We hope to be back soon. Thanks for a wonderful home away from home.

Nicest and cleanest unit of our Kiawah visits

In regards to our vacation at windswept villa 4455 I would rate it a 5. The only problem we had was that the internet went down. However your property manager Jake should be highly commended as he worked very hard to get it corrected and was very professional. You are very lucky to have him on your staff. This was our third time at Kiawah and this unit was the nicest and cleanest that we stayed at.

Thanksgiving stay

We found the one bedroom, one bath, side ocean view apartment to be more than adequate for me and my wife. We rented the place because of its proximity to The Sanctuary, where we had other family staying for the Holiday week.
